1. User Responsibilities

1. 1.1 Users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when interacting with 3PEEL, including but not limited to personally identifiable information (“PII”).
2. 1.2 Failure to provide accurate information may result in the inability to use our services or connect with appropriate partners.

2. Use of Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

1. 2.1 By using 3PEEL, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your PII solely for the purpose of connecting you with third-party logistics providers (“3PL Partners”) that align with your requirements.
2. 2.2 PII provided to 3PEEL will never be sold to any third party.
3. 2.3 PII will only be shared with 3PL Partners when a user explicitly requests to be connected with partners through their engagement with 3PEEL’s services.
4. 2.4 3PEEL ensures the security of your PII by implementing industry-standard encryption and secure storage practices. PII is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in these Terms or as required by law.

3. No Liability for Recommendations

1. 3.1 3PEEL acts solely as a matchmaker to connect users with 3PL Partners. All 3PL Partners are independent entities.

1. 3.2 3PEEL provides no guarantees, warranties, or liability for any recommendations, services, or outcomes resulting from connections made through our platform. Users are under no obligation to engage with any 3PL Partner introduced by 3PEEL.

4. Compensation Disclosure

1. 4.1 3PL Partners may compensate 3PEEL for services provided, including but not limited to lead generation, introductions, or recommendations. This may include partners’ ongoing disclosure of client status and transactions to 3PEEL to ensure fair compensation.

2. 4.2 To facilitate accurate tracking and invoicing, partners agree to provide periodic updates on referred clients’ activity. This information will be shared securely under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect confidentiality.

3. 4.3 This compensation arrangement does not influence 3PEEL’s recommendations, and users retain the sole discretion to engage with any partner.

4. 4.4 By using 3PEEL’s services, users and partners consent to these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

1. 5.1 All content, designs, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and data available on 3PEEL’s website are the sole property of 3PEEL. These are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
2. 5.2 Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use of 3PEEL’s content, likeness, or data is strictly prohibited.

6. California Privacy Rights

8. Opt-Out Options

1. 8.1 If you do not wish for your information to be shared with 3PL Partners or for your name and logo to be used, you may opt out by contacting us at [email protected].
2. 8.2 Opt-out requests will be processed promptly but may not apply retroactively to previously shared information.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. 9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3PEEL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the use of our services, recommendations, or connections made through our platform.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

1. 10.1 3PEEL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, with the effective date revised accordingly.
2. 10.2 Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of Client Agreement

By engaging with 3PEEL for any services or entering into any form of business relationship with us, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in the Client Agreement. This agreement, which outlines the specific terms governing the services provided, is incorporated herein by reference. Your continued engagement with 3PEEL constitutes acceptance of the Client Agreement in its entirety. It is the Client’s responsibility to review the Client Agreement thoroughly and ensure that they understand and agree to its terms prior to initiating or continuing any business with 3PEEL.
